Greenfingers Charity are extremely well supported by industry experts and now have a team of recognised charity ambassadors who are just as passionate about building gardens for children in hospices as we are. Without their help, we wouldn’t be able to give thousands of seriously ill children full access to the great outdoors.
Last week, we popped along to the HTA National Plant Show to meet with our ambassadors and update them on Greenfingers gardens in progress, including the brand new Courtyard Garden at Keech Hospice Care that will be officially opened by Adam Frost on Monday 17th July.
The team also shared fundraising ideas and talked about plans for next year’s Garden Re-Leaf Day. If you haven't already, please save Friday 16th March in your diary!
A special thanks to the following ambassadors who joined Greenfingers Charity Chairman, John Ashely, Vice Chairman Dennis Epsley and Greenfingers trustee Boyd-Douglas Davies for the meeting.
