Details of the Garden Re-Leaf Day 2025 Cycle Challenge
We’re less than two weeks away from Garden Re-Leaf Day 2025, a major event in the Greenfingers Charity fundraising calendar that will take place this year on Friday 21st March. Whether you’re a well-seasoned cyclist with Bradley Wiggins-type aspirations or a tad more sedate in your goals, this fantastic challenge is sure to put the fun into FUN-draising!
The 2025 Garden Re-Leaf Cycle Challenge will, once again, depart from Tring Garden Centre in Hertfordshire, with breakfast provided at 8.15am and the warm-up from 8.45am. Always one of the most popular activities of Garden Re-Leaf Day, there are routes of various lengths to suit cyclists of different levels, ranging from 25-100 miles in distance.
The route, which is set to take in some beautiful Hertfordshire countryside in the region of the Grand Union Canal, will be very well supported at Tring Garden Centre and along the route by a dedicated Greenfingers team. The Challenge will also be recorded for posterity by expert paparazzo, Paul Webb.
Register for the 2025 Cycle Challenge
There is still plenty of time to register for the Challenge, either on your own or as part of a team, with fundraising requirements for the event set at just £150 per person. To help cover costs for medals, t-shirts, and the post-event celebration, cyclists are asked to consider a £10 donation (or more!) on top of their fundraising efforts.
This year’s challenge has a floral theme so get out your best flowery socks and shirts! This being Great Britain, which has weather, Cyclists are also advised to be prepared for any sort of conditions.
