We absolutely love this baking idea from the staff at Evergreen Garden Care. They hosted a 'Bake a Garden' competition, inviting colleagues to get creative and make a cake of their garden, or to look like something you'd find in a garden.
Everyone certainly rose to the challenge and entered a diverse range of cakes, including some made with vegetables, such as courgettes, beetroot, butternut squash, with others looking like mini flower beds. Cakes were judged by Evergreen MD Mark Portman, no easy task!
All of these wonderful cakes were then sold off to their hungry teams for Greenfingers, what a truly tasty FUNdraiser! Huge thanks to everyone at Evergreen Garden Care for their ongoing support for Greenfingers Charity in so many different – and delicious – ways.
