Award-winning supplier Zest 4 Leisure has commissioned a new planter – the Tiverton Charity Planter – with the aim of raising £10,000 for Greenfingers Charity.
Made from FSC® Certified timber, the new planter has been designed in-house by the Zest design team and will be on display at the company’s stand at Glee - #20Z30. With an RRP of £14.99, for every planter sold, £2.50 will be donated to Greenfingers Charity.
Steve Morgan, Managing Director of Zest 4 Leisure said: “Greenfingers Charity has widespread support within the horticulture and garden trade industry and we wanted to do something a little bit different to lend our support. Designing a new planter seemed quite apt and we’re delighted to be able to unveil the Tiverton Charity Planter at this year’s Glee. We have set a target to raise £10,000 for Greenfingers Charity but hope that we can exceed this.”
Joining the Zest team on the stand at Glee will be Linda Petrons, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Greenfingers Charity to officially ‘launch’ the Tiverton Charity Planter.
Commenting on the Planter, Linda Petrons said: “We are thrilled that Zest 4 Leisure has chosen to support us this year and are sure this lovely new planter will appeal to lovers of large and small gardens and also those who are keen to pretty-up their balconies and courtyards. The funds raised through sales, will help us to bring the gift of a garden to more life-limited children in hospices and also help to raise the profile of Greenfingers Charity.”
Garden centres and specialist online retailers who are interested in stocking the planter, which comes complete with merchandising display POS should visit the Zest team on stand #20Z30 at Glee where they will be given more information.
