Evergreen Garden Care is delighted to announce that it will be partnering with Greenfingers Charity, donating essential funds and gardening products which will help the team continue the vital work it does supporting seriously ill children and their families throughout the UK.
Over the next three years, Evergreen Garden Care will provide significant annual donations and Miracle-Gro® compost and plant food that will be used to help the Greenfingers team establish more gardens and outdoor spaces at a number of hospices across the UK. The Greenfingers Charity partnership will also be promoted on all Miracle-Gro® compost packs, helping raise further awareness of the charity amongst consumers.
“We are extremely proud to partner with the team at Greenfingers Charity and contribute towards the amazing work it does every year for seriously ill children and their families,” commented Mark Portman, Managing Director, Evergreen Garden Care. “As a business we are fully committed to supporting initiatives which will make a real difference within the community. There is also a very close synergy between our company’s vision of unlocking the love of the garden and creating a green oasis for people to enjoy and the incredible work the Greenfingers team undertakes. It is an absolute pleasure to know that our donation and Miracle-Gro® products will help establish more therapeutic and sensory gardens at hospices across the country, creating magical and inspiring outdoor spaces for seriously ill children and their families to create precious memories together.”
Chairman of Greenfingers Charity, John Ashley said: “We are extremely grateful to Evergreen Garden Care for their tremendous commitment and support. Through this partnership we will be able to better plan for the future and, with a waiting list of hospices that need our help, the funds raised will certainly go a long way to making a difference to seriously ill children, their families and carers. The partnership will also provide Greenfingers Charity with an excellent opportunity to raise its profile and engage with thousands of garden lovers across the UK.”
